Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is the process of being fully present with your thoughts. Being aware means being aware of where we are and what we do, and not overdoing what is happening around us.

Mindfulness meditation can be done anywhere. Some people prefer to sit in a quiet place, close their eyes, and focus on breathing. But you can choose to be alert at any time of the day, even if you travel for work or do chores.

When you practice mindfulness meditation, you observe your thoughts and emotions, but leave them without judgment.

How to practice Mindfulness Meditation:-
  • Set a five-minute timer to start.
  • Sit up straight.
  • Pay attention and then focus as much as possible on your breathing.
  • Your mind goes crazy. I don't like this.
  • Notice that your mind goes crazy and then return to your breathing.
  • Your mind will go crazy again.
  • Return to your breath.
  • It's all about returning to your breath.
  • Repeat until the timer goes off.
